If I place my order today, when will I receive my products?

SamaraComputers.com uses the delivery services of Alfaro to ship your products from San Jose to the Guanacaste area. All confirmed orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Please wait to receive a confirmation e-mail that your order is ready for pick-up if you prefer to pick your package up at our location in the center of Samara, across the soccer field at Se@net Internet Cafe.
 

How does your warranty work?

What are the payment options available?

1. Pay with cash at the moment of your delivery
2. Make an electronic money transfer to our Banco Nacional account
3. Pay with your debit or credit card.

The payment method will also depend on the delivery option you select. More information in the How to Buy section.
 

How can I pay with my credit card or debit card?

Your credit card payment will be processed at the moment of delivery or at the moment you pick your product up at our office in Samara. The card holder’s signature will be required at the moment of payment.
 

How much should I pay for shipping if I want to have my products delivered to my house or my office?

SamaraComputers.com will provide delivery service mainly in the Nicoya coast area and near towns and villages, based on a fixed rate table. Shipping fee will depend on the price of your purchase and the place of delivery (distance from samara downtown).

At this moment you can only get the products through our website. After your purchase has been confirmed you can pick it up at our office, across the soccer field in Samara.
 

What if the product I order is out stock?

If the product you order is out of stock, SamaraComputers.com will inform you when the product will be available and the estimated delivery time. You can also request your product on demand.
 

Are the products your offer new?

All our products are brand new and come with Our Guarantee.
 

What that “OEM” means

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and usually are parts that have been shipped to computer builders who assemble systems and then put their own brand name on the final product. For this reason they usually come without a retail box. However, they have the same quality, specifications and warranty as the boxed part.
